The lady, who founded a remote working organisation for women, Remote WorkHer, shared how she started solo.

In a video by @adeifeadeoye on TikTok, the lady explained how she started the organisation for fun, before monetising it.

    The lady also noted that she had tried increasing salaries but her workers kept leaving.

    In a chat with Legit.ng, Israel Adedayo, a People and Culture executive with four years experience, shared his opinion on reasons employees may quit their jobs.

    He said:

    "I have done various employee engagement activities as well as exit interviews for exiting staffs. Many of their reasons for leaving could be the need for growth, organisational structure, change of environment, amongst many others.
    "Reason we can’t say that the pay is the main factor is that, many have left well paying organizations for a lesser one because of growth opportunity, structure, and for others they see it as an escape route from a toxic work place."
